I immersed myself in the worlds of nightlife, fine dining, and hospitality to uncover what truly drives loyalty and memorability in this space. From these insights came a strategy to reposition Bonbonniere from entertainment-led to experience-led, where every detail reflected warmth, exclusivity, and sophistication. The goal was to build a brand people do not just visit, but belong to.
